as the saying goes, when one’s steps are steady, one can go far.
Rather than focusing on speed,
we choose to focus on direction,
strengthening our foundations and pursuing a path of sustainable change.
Even in a rapidly changing environment,
welfare must stand upon trust in people and enduring values.
Siloam chooses to lead rather than follow,
to value what is right over what is merely productive,
and to pursue a path where people and change grow together,
rather than prioritizing speed alone.
Through this, we aim to realize people-centered welfare leadership.
Although AI and technology have become part of our daily lives,
there are things machines can never replace:
the innate strength of human beings
and the value of connection that binds us to one another.
Siloam will use technology not as an end, but as a tool,
providing customized support for people with visual impairments
and advancing people-centered welfare
