Siloam Center for the Blind executes rehabilitation project for defoliant patients in Vietnam. In partnership with Long An Segaero General Hospital, Siloam Center for the Blind supported rehabilitation equipment and implemented empowerment training for rehabilitation specialists by dispatching a Korean rehabilitation specialist to Vietnam.
